  • Author / Agency: Federal or state agency, or individual author.
  • Program: CCC, WPA, NYA, PWA, RA/FSA, SCS, USFS, NPS, BOR, etc.
  • Publication Type: Annual Report, Bulletin, Manual, Map, Survey, etc.
  • Description / Abstract: Summary of contents and relevance.
  • Keywords: Controlled vocabulary terms.
  • Geographic Scope: National, regional, statewide, county, or site‑specific.
  • Montana Relevance: Notes on Montana content.
  • County Tags: Montana counties referenced.
  • Source Institution: Where the digital copy was obtained.
  • Stable Link: Permanent URL to the source archive.
